Real-time Graphical Monitoring

Fault Ticket System
Fault Trigger profiles are setup to measure or compare certain conditions, which when met, automatically logs a Fault Ticket and assigns it to the appropriate personnel that handles first level support for that specific fault or unfavorable condition on that particular ATM. This works in conjunction with a notification system which sends emails and sms carrying this information. These Tickets are updated with comments by system users as the issue in question is being resolved. If unresolved, Fault Tickets are escalated to other parties along a flexible path which defines who is notified and within what time interval that notification is to be made.
